| 1) Any muffler installed, for any failure during normal use, for as long as you won the vehicle on which it is installed and to the replacement of any tailpipe or exhaust system part installed during normal use, within Twelve (12) Months from the date of installation.
2) Any muffler, tailpipe or exhaust system part installed on any car or light truck used for commercial use, for any failure during normal use, for Twelve (12) Months from date of installation. 3) Any performance muffler used in a custom installation, for any failure during normal use within Twelve (12) Months from date of installation. 4) Any Gas Shocks installed on your vehicle for any failure during normal use, for as long as you own your vehicle (EXCEPT #5) Any Gas Struts installed on your vehicle for any failure during normal use, for as long as you own your vehicle (EXCEPT #5) 5) Any Gas Shocks or Gas MacPherson Struts installed on any commercial vehicle, for any failure during normal use, within Twelve (12) Months from date of installation. 6) Any Brake Pads or Shoes installed on any car or light truck for any failure during normal use for as long as you own the vehicle (EXCEPT Commercial Vehicles). This guarantee is valid ONLY if a complete brake job is done: Rotors and drums must be resurfaced or replaced and all required parts must be replaced. 7) All Brake mechanical parts are guaranteed from 12 months from date of installation or 20,000 km (whichever comes first). This does not apply to COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. 8) Any Catalytic Converter installed on any vehicle for period of twenty-four (24) months or 40,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. This warranty is conditional that the vehicle, upon which the converter has been installed, is maintained in proper operation condition and tuned to factory specifications. | Wonder Auto Centre reserves the right to make a determination as to whether such vehicle was in proper operating condition and that the converter has not been damaged from accidents or the use of unleaded fuels. Any muffler damaged because of BLOWOUT or BACKFIRE is NOT considered normal use and our guarantee will not apply.
9) Front end parts (steering) installed are guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle. (EXCEPT Commercial Vehicles). 10) Wheel Alignments are guaranteed for 90 days or 500 km (whichever comes first). This guarantee does not cover parts and labour that are required to realign the wheels to proper operating condition. This guarantee does not apply to commercial vehicles. REPLACEMENT WILL BE MADE PROMPTLY, FOR ONLY OUR NORMAL LABOUR CHARGE PLUS OTHER PARTS AS REQUIRED. “Your exclusive remedy and the sole liability of the Guarantor hereunder shall be limited to the replacement of all products shown to be other than as guaranteed: and Wonder Auto Centre shall not be liable otherwise or for incidental or consequential damages.” This guarantee must be validated by an authorized Wonder Auto Centre dealer at the time of original purchase and installation.
